Air flotation equipment

Air floatation equipment is one of the most effective equipment to remove small suspended matter with a specific gravity close to water in sewage. It makes the air and water dissolve into the water to the maximum extent under certain working pressure, and tries to be saturated.

2. hydrolytic acidification tanks

The process does not have strict requirements for environmental conditions in anaerobic digestion and slow degradation of methane fermentation stage. The system is controlled in anoxic hydrolysis and acidification stage.

3.contact oxidation tank

The biological contact oxidation tank is to fill the packing in the tank. The oxygen washed wastewater fills the packing and flows through the packing at a certain flow rate. The biofilm covered with fillers contacts the wastewater with it, the organic pollutants in the sewage are removed and the sewage is purified under the action of microbial new town metabolism on the biofilm, so the biological contact oxidation process is also called submerged biological aerated filter.

4.secondary sinks

A secondary settling tank is designed to remove microbial carcasses shed in oxidized water. The designed surface load of the final settling tank is m :1.0-2.0³m //²h, rising velocity mm/S.0.28 The design of the final settling tank is the same as that of the initial sedimentation tank. The lower part of the tank is distributed with small resistance of the branch mother porous pipe to ensure the uniform distribution of water and minimize the interference to the sinking suspended matter and the bottom sludge.
